Engaged couples, their families, and friends are welcome. Whether you’ve already booked Gerry Ranch or are just starting your venue search, this event is open to everyone.

Do I need to RSVP in advance?
Yes — please claim your free ticket through Eventbrite. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed entry once tickets are gone.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes — you’ll have the chance to enjoy small bites, sweet treats, and sample sips provided by our catering and dessert partners.

Can we meet the Gerry Ranch Team?
Yes! Our in-house planning team, Solara Décor Co., will be available to answer questions, walk you through the venue, and share how we support couples throughout the planning process.

What time should we arrive?
The showcase runs from 1:00–5:00 PM, and you’re welcome to stop by anytime during that window. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to explore the venue, enjoy tastings, and meet the amazing vendors.

Complimentary parking is available on site. Signs will guide you to the designated parking area.
