Wedding Coordination
Included in every Gerry Ranch venue rental is a day of wedding coordinator. Our event producer and day of coordinator will work with you throughout the wedding planning process. They will assist you with vendor selections, the wedding timeline, décor, and pulling together all the details.
We believe being familiar with our venue and taking the time to get to know you and understanding your visions will better help us execute your special day. Our coordinator will be on site from start to finish ensuring that your wedding exceeds your expectations.
Preparation
- Three in person planning meetings (all with event producer & final meeting with day of coordinator)
- Communication via phone & email
- Detailed timeline for wedding day
- Vendor recommendations
- Distributes timeline to vendors and confirm final details
- 1-hour rehearsal at Gerry Ranch with bridal party lead by day of coordinator
Day of Wedding Duties
- 10 hours of event management (set up, event time, & break down)
- Manage event timeline with vendors
- Distribute personal flowers to wedding party & family
- Set up of personal décor
- Line up bridal party for processional & cue their entrance
- Cue ceremony with DJ, officiant, & bridal party
- Confirm reception activities & timing with DJ, photographer & caterer
- Coordinate grand entrance, first dance, toast, bouquet toss, cake cutting & grand exit
- Dismiss tables for dinner
- Move gifts & personal items to designated car
